At the risk of turning this website into a completely random collection of every
passing interest I have, this is my favorite comic book cover, Batman #23 (1944). I saw a photo of it
when I was in middle school and then 16 years later, I found a copy cheaply on ebay in less-than-mint condition
(in good shape, the comic would be worth over $10k). But with Photoshop, I fixed the errors without too much trouble.
Interesting Batman fact: the name of Batman's alter-ego, Bruce Wayne, is
an aliteration of his creator's name, Bob Kane. [Source: Bob Kane interview
